Driving home tonight, traffic was killer.
Bumpertobumper as Nebraska traffic can get I s'pose.
I was sitting there getting all heated, wondering what schedule I was breaking.. which there was none.. but I proceeded to get all hot and bothered anyways.
Now if anyone knows me, they know that at times I have
no-reason-at-all, fairly random, belligerent road rage. Its probably on the list of fantastically annoying qualities i possess.
Any whoo..
As I drove home tonight. (E)vening got all switched into my compact discness..
...immediately the tension dissipated and I found my self in a "drive-the-speed-limit-and-follow-this-one-car-the-whole-way-home" state. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Also, I meandered halfway through the album. On my way back I believe I'll find my way completely through it. I'm looking forward to this.
People rush through things expecting to find the ending and get to it as quick as possible, but I think that they forget sometimes that it's all the insides that make the ending so full of expectation and meaning. It's the faults and
knock-downs that make us resilient, and its the
people, and sometimes
person, you meet along the way that makes all of those mistakes and lessons worth every penny. or every heartbreak. or every sadness. and somedays its just making it to the next that makes it all worthwhile.
...and for some people... love is all they are striving for.
.don't hate on the lovers. they are the most straight up people you'll ever encounter.
It was recommended today, that I should major in music or something similar. Usually when majors and minors are thrown my way I hardly think twice about them.
For some reason this one suggestion has got me thinking more so then any others have?.. intriguing.
Its 5:55 in the (e)vening. and its pitch black outside. I'm not sure how to feel about this.
stay.classy.
